| Project Sourcing |
Just as sellers establish a contractual relationship by signing a selling agreement with their agent, you establish a contractual relationship with us by signing a buyer's agreement. This agreement makes us legally accountable to the Buyer and not to the seller.
Through our established network of partners and introducers around the world we can source projects in many countries. We will endeavour to fit the exact specifics of a pre-defined profile set down by our client. This can range from “Off Plan” to “New Build” or sourcing a development site with a certain level of zoning or planning to locating a commercial building with a long standing lease etc. There is no limit to the type or profile of project that we can source. |
| Project Management |
Many of our clients are not in a position to manage a project for various reasons. We in Structured investments can take away this burden from the client yet keeping them informed and up to date with the project. The client is kept in the loop with scheduled meetings on as frequent a basis as required.
Once a project is engaged, then Structured Investments will take over the day-to-day running of the project. We in conjunction with local partners will manage design, planning approvals, construction, etc., will start the project from the ground up and complete with fixtures finishes as set out. Once again, the focus will be on the overall investment strategy, budget and associated timelines. |
| Due Diligence |
As with all investments, it is mandatory that prior to purchasing a property or get involved in a project you carry out comprehensive research to ensure you are aware of all aspects surrounding your proposed investment.
We can carry out all preliminary due diligence before the client decides to engage with a particular project. We work to stringent established checks and include any specifics required by the client. We will assess the project on the ground and in line with the investment strategy of the individual client. |
